DATE: Sunday, May 18, 2025 (The Charm House Tour is always on the Sunday after Mother’s Day.)

TIME: You may start your tour anytime between 12 noon and 3 PM; the buses run continuously and transport you to the houses. Visiting all the houses usually take 2-3 hours. You may view each house as long or briefly as you please. The houses close for viewing at 5:00 PM. ALL BUS SERVICE WILL END AT 5:30 PM.

WHERE: The tour begins and ends in front of the Festival of Arts grounds, 650 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

TICKETS: Sales are limited to avoid overcrowding. Admission is $70 each presale and $80 on the day of the Tour. At the sign-in location you will be given a wrist band for admission to all the locations.
